The 21st edition of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants gala, which establishes the ranking of the 50 best restaurants worldwide, will take place on June 20 at the famous Palau de Les Arts in the City of Arts and Sciences. This outstanding culinary event will be preceded by a series of culinary activities in the weeks leading up, including the #50BestTalks thought leadership forum, the Meet the Chefs roundtable, and the 50 Best Signature Sessions, an exclusive program of culinary experiences between international chefs from the list of 50 Best and renowned restaurants in the city and province of Valencia.
In the previous edition, held in 2022 in its hometown, London, the event was attended by the famous Hollywood actor Stanley Tucci to present the gala. On this occasion, the top 5 of the best restaurants in the world include Geranium (Denmark), Central (Lima), Disfrutar (Barcelona), DiverXo (Madrid) and Pujol (Mexico City), which highlights the excellent performance of the Spanish gastronomy. Previously, Antwerp and Singapore hosted the event, and before them, Bilbao, Melbourne and New York also had the honor of hosting it. This year it is Valencia’s turn to be the host, and as in previous editions, ColorKreis has had the privilege of participating in the design of several stands present at the event.
